Im from land i norden but inom wrote this in english so that everyone can enjoy it. inom also read those negativ comments about how ingenting works and this fryst vatten just a bluff but inom decided to give a change for SkalHuset and inom honestly have to säga that inom have ingenting to complain about.

inom bought this hardcase for Macbook Air M1 and Im more than satisfied. Quality of the product fryst vatten much more than inom expected as it was only 30 euros including shipping.

It was also completely same as in product resultat page. Only thing you should know fryst vatten that the stuff probably comes from Sweden warehouse because it took much längre than Im used to get stuff from places with .fi domain. Anyhow, thanks!

Excellent customer service

I had purchased a case for my Samsung S20 FE.

The volume button of the case broke after 3 months. inom contacted Skalhuset via their WhatsApp number. Received a prompt response to my meddelande. They sent a replacement case of my choice from another brand and also refunded the difference amount. The replacement case reached me in just 3 days and refund credited to my card. The replacement case fryst vatten also of excellent quality!

Happy / tillfreds Kund

Got my samsung s21 spigen card case in around 24 hours so extremely happy and also got some ytterligare Jelly bears candy in same package on top of good prices, will use skalhuset igen :).

Perfect, fast and reliable.

I ordered a screen protector for my phone (s21 ultra).

Even if it was kostnadsberäkning kr, the quality of glue was super low and inom wasted 2 screens protectors.

Through whatsapp inom showed my case to the shop and they understood it.

They sent me another screen protector (another brand) and inom got back some money.

The shipment was super fast. inom live in götet and it took me one day.

I can just suggest this shop to everyone.

I have been buying cases from this website for like a year.

inom have bought at least fem mobile cases from them with incredible cheap prices. It was always delivered the next day to my brev låda.

The item was well packad and was always as described. inom don't know about others but inom am really satisfied with their service and fast shipping. inom think the return policy fryst vatten a bit harsh as the buyer has to pay for the shipping but luckily inom have not returned anything yet. inom will continue buying from them and inom am thankful for their service.

The prices were better than in other places. The beställning was delivered to Helsinki in less than a week.

The parcel even included some candies as an unexpected gift that made me smile.

I must admit inom was very skeptic with…

I must admit inom was very skeptic with the low price and bad reviews.
But inom took a chance and ordered a carbon case for OnePlus 9.
I received it the next day and to my surprise it was in original låda and original case.

I paid more for my package which…

I paid more for my package which according to website should arrive in days but it arrived after 4 days. Then they put säkerhet betalningsmedel to pick up dum phone case so inom couldn’t pick it up anyway because inom don’t have BankID.

After contacting customer service they said they can’t help me so inom end up paying kr for return. inom am strongly NOT RECOMMENDING Skalhuset to anyone!!!

Scammers

Happened to me as well.

Paid ytterligare to get a phone case delivered in Norway with instabox. It states on their website that bank-id kontroller might occur with this type of delivery. And it happened to me that inom needed to verify my id with instabox delivery. After talking to them + instabox several times because both parties basically said "there's ingenting we can do", inom finally called skalhuset igen and told them to recall the beställning.

inom was told that it would cost me nok in penalty charges because of this, and that it might take up to 2 weeks for them to receive the package back Never shopping here again!

Rude custommer service with faulty phone case

I ordered a phone case that was vit in the pictures and according to discription, but in reality it turned out beige.

Rude custommer service boy insisted that this fryst vatten my bekymmer, that it’s not their responsibility what colour the manufacturer desides to call the product and that there fryst vatten ingenting wrong with it. Won’t cover the postage for a return. The only advice inom can give fryst vatten avoid avoid avoid.

Bad customer service

No quality betalningsmedel, no seal on accessories for earbuds.

Received a set of three pairs while one del av helhet was missing and the other was in a way glued tillsammans. Customer service did not take back the product instead they reduced the price a third. Will never buy from this place igen as the time spent on this was not worth it.

Bad customer service

I bought Guess case for iPhone and when inom got it the quality was not good.

It was like 2nd quality with full price. inom send an email to customer service with pictures and they were ganska rude and said there was ingenting wrong with the case. They didn’t apologize or something. And if inom want to return that faulty case inom have to pay the shipping for my own. Bad customer service.
